Yellow Rose Apartments are a big brick apartment building with a nice view of Cedarwood Falls. Their rooms have a decent price, a lot better than most of the houses around here.

| The Auctions (1 sub-board)
The Auctions take place four times a year, once in spring, once in fall, and twice in summer. Horse owners can auction off their horses and bid for other horses. Once a year in the summer, there is also the Wild Horse Auction. Wild horses are rounded up by helicopter and taken to auction to be bought by humans. Many auction horses end up being bought by slaughter, so if there's a horse you like, keep bidding till you get it or it might end up in slaughter.
